  • Analysis of the company’s operating performance – internal audit and minimal market research along with the SWOT-analysis to identify the company’s strong and weak points to be further used for the expansion and correction respectively
  • Competitor analysis
  • Setting company’s product strategy (choosing product/service for the promotion and price evaluation)
  • Marketing strategy – helps the company define its positioning and action plan to bolster its position in the current and new markets, outlines the customer and partner interaction mode, sets out the product sales strategy (which distribution channels and promotion tools are to be used) and potential customer service options; estimates the dynamics of sales and marketing expenditures; develops measures and tools to control the indicators taking into account the market environment changes
